Ok, the math is getting
crazy but I lost 1.5 pounds this week for a total weight loss of 4.5 pounds over Five weeks. A little under one pound a week, short of my two pounds per week goal. This has been tougher than I thought. I am still not getting to the gym. I'll take 4.5 pounds lost over any weight gain but I have to do more. I heard someone say once, "each week do a little more than you did before"- a little more than you did last week. So that is my mantra - not to eat a little more - but do a little more
exercise and a little more meal planning this week than I did last week.

Meal planning is such a pain in the arse. I suffer from lack of meal planning too. We should open a company that plans/delivers healthy meals for cheap. If the client says "Super Size", we'll give them 3 carrots instead of 2 and an XXL Ice Water. :)
Do you know about www.sparkpeople.com? It is a community website to help you track your food (food database is editable by the members so you are not spending your entire life entering in food). That is how I lost weight this winter and spring. And it is free.
